They tend to catch on before the boys, though I think Franky and (maybe) Brooke should know, or else they just aren't paying attention. Luffy probably knows too, because he's, well, -Luffy-, and he just knows :) He'll probably blurt it out sometime for some stupid reason, not realizing others don't know =P
